Call for Workshop at ARAB ICT 2024 Conference

Workshop proposals should focus on current and emerging topics in ICT, including but not limited to:
- Track 1: ICT for Infrastructure Management
- Track 2: ICT for Smart Communities
- Track 3: Digital Transformation Technologies
- Track 4: Communications Technologies
- Track 5: IoT
- Track 6: AI and Robotics
- Track 7: Bigdata
- Track 8: Blockchain
- Track 9: Augmented Reality
- Track 10: Cyber Security
- Track 11: Renewable Energy
We encourage innovative workshop formats that foster collaboration, engage participants, and provide meaningful learning experiences. Examples of workshop formats include interactive sessions, panel discussions, tutorials, case studies, and hands-on demonstrations.
Submission Guidelines:
- Workshop proposals should be submitted in English and include the following details:
- Workshop title
- Names and affiliations of the organizers
- Workshop objectives and scope
- Relevance to the field of ICT
- Workshop format and duration
- Target audience and expected number of participants.
- Description of planned activities and interactive elements
- Special requirements or technical needs
- Workshop proposals should not exceed 4 pages and must be submitted in PDF format.
- Workshop proposals must be submitted using the following template workshops template
- Proposals for Workshops have to be submitted no later than [Monday, January 15, 2024]. They must be submitted via e-mail to conference.officer@bse.bh .
- Their reception will be acknowledged. Acceptance or rejection notification will be provided no later than [Thursday, January 25, 2024].
Accepted workshop organizers will be responsible for managing their workshops, including paper or presentation selection, speaker coordination, and workshop proceedings. Workshop organizers are encouraged to publish their proceedings in the conference's official publication channels.
