Pre Event
- Sponsors' logos with the respective category will be displayed on the Forum Website with a hyperlink to sponsor's website.
- Sponsors' logo will be displayed in all the marketing collaterals – Email campaigns, soft copy of the event brochure, invitations, and in the social media posts.
- Sponsors' names to be included in the event press releases.
During the Event
- Sponsors logos broadcast at the bottom of the screen during presentations.
- Sponsors logos will be displayed in the virtual backdrop
- Pop-up banners will appear between the sessions.
- Email communications with all the participants will include the sponsor's logos.
- Fullscreen “Thank you” messages for sponsors during the presentation breaks.
- Sponsors' logos will be included also in the website Registration and Sponsorship pages.
- Registration confirmation emails to the participants will contain the sponsors' logo.
- Employees from the sponsoring company may attend the virtual sessions as complimentary delegates.
Post Event
- Sponsors will be appreciated with a plague that will be delivered to the company after the event.
- Thanking Advts. for the sponsors will appear in the social media.
- Company logo and category will be included in the post-event report.
